Biography

Paulos Tshepo Stone is an experienced Client and Donor Relationship Manager with more than eight years of experience in the vocational education and training sector. His career spans human resources, skills development and training, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Throughout his career, Tshepo has worked closely with corporate organisations, Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), government institutions, and foundations across South Africa to develop and implement programmes that create sustainable pathways to employment and economic participation.

He has led the management and implementation of several high-impact initiatives, including the Tiso Foundation Artisan Development Programme, Rand Water’s War on Leaks Programme, the SIOC Community Development Trust Artisan Development Programme, and the National Skills Fund Artisan Development Programme.

Tshepo also serves as a Director of the Artisan Training Foundation (ATF), a specialised non-profit organisation dedicated to expanding access to quality occupational training opportunities for young people.

He is passionate about social investment and sustainable development and believes that skills development, youth employment, entrepreneurship, and food security are key drivers of inclusive economic growth and prosperity across Africa.
