Biography

Abigail Adjei Serwaa is an educator, mentor, and community development enthusiast with a background in Business Administration, specialising in Management, from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

She has diverse professional experience in education, finance and administration, digital marketing, and community development. Abigail has worked with Lead For Ghana and T-TEL as an English Language Associate and served as a Housemistress at Damongo Senior High School. She has also worked as a Finance and Administration Manager at Fragilda Company, in Digital Marketing at Moreplex Company Limited, and as an Account Officer at Onwe Government Hospital during and after her National Service.

Abigail is passionate about empowering young people to discover their strengths, build confidence, and pursue their potential. She believes that everyone possesses unique abilities and qualities that, with the right guidance, support, and opportunities, can be developed into meaningful success and impact.

Her work continues to reflect this belief as she seeks to contribute to the growth of individuals and communities.
