Biography

Emily Otoo-Quayson is a programme management and communications professional with experience working with young people in the digital space. Over the past six years, she has worked across youth-focused programmes and alumni networks, with a focus on learning, employability, entrepreneurship, and community-building.

She is a proud Mastercard Foundation Scholar alumna, Young African Leaders Initiative alumna, and Resolution Fellow. Emily is also a social entrepreneur and researcher who enjoys using creativity and innovation to address community challenges. In 2019, she received a Presidential Pitch Award in recognition of her innovative and entrepreneurial work in Ghana.

At CorpsAfrica/Ghana, Emily supports alumni in their transition beyond Volunteer service and contributes to developing partnerships that expand opportunities for alumni, Volunteers, and their communities. Her work is driven by a genuine interest in young people and a strong understanding of the youth development landscape.

Emily is also a writer, public speaker, and creative soul with an eye for design. In her leisure time, she enjoys painting, learning new skills, and bringing creative ideas to life.
