Biography

Mamadou Sy holds a Master’s Degree in Decentralisation Law and Local Government Management from Gaston Berger University. His background focuses on local development, territorial governance, and citizen participation.

He has experience with ANSD, LASPAD, and the Polaris association, particularly in data collection, engagement with local stakeholders, and community participation. He has also developed skills in leadership, facilitation, and mobilisation.

Mamadou joins CorpsAfrica as a Volunteer in training with the aim of contributing to sustainable local solutions and strengthening his skills in participatory community development.
