Biography
Anne Kadima is a development professional who is passionate about project management, monitoring and evaluation, natural resource management and diplomacy. Her Bachelor’s degree in Community Development and Environment equips her with a unique blend of technical expertise and hands on practice, enabling her to design initiatives that deliver measurable, long-term impact. Her passion for sustainable development evokes her curiosity to work with communities to design livelihoods that advocate for environmental protection. Currently as a Corps Africa volunteer, Anne champions the Community-Led Development (CLD) framework. She is passionate about leveraging indigenous solutions and empowering local communities to drive their own long lasting change and embrace mindset change that encourages ownership
