Biography
Davine is a Project Planning and Management professional from Kenya, passionate about community development, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and projects that create meaningful and lasting change. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Planning and Management from Kisii University.
Her experience includes working in project monitoring and supervision, economic planning, research, and business development. She has worked with communities and young people, supporting initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, capacity building, and sustainable livelihoods. She is particularly interested in seeing ideas move beyond planning and become practical solutions that improve people’s everyday lives.
As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, Davine is committed to the Community-Led Development (CLD) approach and believes that communities understand their challenges best and should play a central role in creating the solutions. She is passionate about listening, learning from local communities, and working alongside them to turn locally driven ideas into meaningful action.
Beyond her professional interests, Davine enjoys reading and writing and has a strong interest in storytelling and conversations that inspire positive change.
