Biography

Dolphen Atieno Oloo is a Social Worker and Community Developer by profession with a passion of working with people, supporting communities, and contributing to meaningful social change.

Dolphen studied Social Work and Community Development and has experience as an HIV Testing Services (HTS) provider and adherence counsellor. Through her work and training, She has developed an interest in community health, youth empowerment, counselling, and community-led development. Dolphen has worked with Compassion Organisation as a volunteer and a part – time – teacher, having an experience of working with sponsored children.

Dolphen is also a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, having participated in CorpsAfrica training. The training experience gave me an opportunity to learn, meet new people, gain new knowledge, and grow both personally and professionally.
