She is passionate about designing and delivering high-impact programmes that advance social justice, leadership development, and community resilience.

Her expertise includes alumni support, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, donor relations, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building. Tshegofatso has a proven record of conceptualising, implementing, and scaling transformative projects that align with global frameworks such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and African Union’s Agenda 2063.
