Molly Jane Mbaye comes from the Region of Thiés in Senegal, where she followed all her school coursus. She graduated in 2013, then decided to go for professional training in Business Management. It was in 2016 that she obtained her license from the Higher Institute of Management, better known as ISM. Before obtaining this diploma, she drew up a project proposal which dealt with the distribution of biodegradable plastic bags as end-of-cycle memory.

Molly has held several internships in the field of management and accounting, mainly at the Training Center of the NGO Tostan in
Thiés. She also graduated in IT at the UNIFY center in Thiés before joining CorpsAfrica, whose philosophy greatly amazed her, especially because her family welcomed Peace Corps volunteers for their linguistic and cultural immersion years ago.
