Biography

Cynthia Adhiambo is a linguistics and literature expert by profession; an advocate for sustainable livelihoods through community led development. She also has expertise in research, having worked with Hellen Keller International on research in Maternal and Child health in Kilifi county.

She is currently volunteering at CorpsAfrica/Kenya in facilitating a community led development that is small scale with a high impact. Having gained skills in project design and management and entrepreneurship skills, Cynthia now envisions an independent Africa where the most rural and underserved communities utilize their own strengths and resources to foster sustainable development, Africa free from poverty.
