David Baniyigane Ajebakwagane graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 2021 with a degree in Geography and Rural Development. While in school he volunteered as a peer counselor for KNUST counseling center. He also volunteered with Join Hands Ghana and eventually became its organizer. David is a co-founder of a women empowerment group called SAWADO in his community which deals in soap making. He worked at Navrongo Health Research Center in the Demographic Surveillance System department for his national service after which he became a research assistant under a Diabetes Screening Study project. His passion for volunteerism and community development led him to CorpsAfrica.
