Biography

Sadia Abubakar Atiku is a recent graduate of the University for Development Studies, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.

A passionate advocate for ending period poverty, promoting girl-child education, and supporting childcare, Sadia has been actively involved in various social change initiatives. After graduating, she worked at the Tamale Teaching Hospital, gaining valuable professional experience.

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, she is a youth leader and entrepreneur, successfully running her clothing business, Khalis Couture. She is also enthusiastic about contributing her energy and efforts toward climate action.

Sadia believes that volunteering with CorpsAfrica will provide her with practical, grassroots experience and a deeper understanding of the pressing needs of the communities she serves.
