Biography

Bilha Bibian is an education and social impact professional. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Mount Kenya University. She is passionate about education, youth development and community-driven social impact, with experience in program coordination, community engagement, monitoring and evaluation processes and content development.

Her work and interests also extend to digital learning, girls’ empowerment and SRHR awareness. Through her work and volunteer experiences, Bilha continues to develop her skills in program management, social impact and community development. She is interested in working with organizations and initiatives that are committed to creating inclusive opportunities for girls, young people and underserved communities.

Beyond her professional interests, Bibian is a creative at heart. She enjoys playing netball, designing, exploring art and finding creative ways to express ideas and connect with people. She believes that creativity, community and education can come together to create meaningful and lasting change.
