Biography

Aïcha holds a degree in Multimedia, Internet and Communication from Cheikh Amadou Kane University, as well as a diploma in Financial and Administrative Management obtained from ENSUP Africa. This dual academic background has allowed him to develop a hybrid expertise, combining mastery of management accounting and solid skills in digital communication.

Professionally, she started as an accounting intern before evolving to the position of Cash Manager and Training Manager for Associations and Companies at Xiif Xamxam. She led several training sessions: with the young associative leaders of the NGO ACDEV on entrepreneurship and financial management, the female GIE of Baraka on digital marketing, as well as the staff of the Les 4 Chemins farm in Toubab Dialao on financial and administrative management. She then consolidated her achievements as a Accounting Assistant and Training Assistant, confirming her versatility in management and pedagogical support
