Martha is a human rights activist with over 9 years of experience implementing gender transformative projects with local and international organizations with proven expertise in integrating Gender Responsive Budgeting(GRB),ensure gender mainstreaming in all organizations projects, knowledge of legal frame works, child and adult safe guarding and protection awareness and utilizing result based management to ensure institutional accountability.

Highly skilled in deploying digital data collection tools like Kobo toolbox to gather sex and age desegrated data, able to build strong community partnerships with different stakeholders, ability to multitask, strong facilitation skills, experience working with vulnerable children and GBV survivors, manage priorities and pay attention to details with minimum supervision and committed to child, youth and adult safe guarding.
