Biography

Imraan is a dedicated young professional doing his exchange volunteer service in the Cohort 3 – Ethiopia having completed his service in Cohort 8 Malawi. During his service in Malawi with the help of the community, He successfully implemented a 6,000 Dollar project of the construction of an Under 5 Clinic following pitch day.
With a major in Development Economics, Imraan holds previous experience as Program Director at Rising Hope Network where his job revolved around education empowerment among youth, and hosting educational meetings. Imraan also served as the Chief Researcher during the Debates that were organized by the Economics Association of Malawi (ECAMA) during his time in university.
Imraan is an Ambassador of Peace Having completed the training from Institute of Economics and Peace. He also has certificates from Harvard Aspire Leaders Program (ALP), Green Digital Skills and other certificates in data analysis skills such as Kobo Collect, Survey CTO, Open Data Kit and others.
After the service in Ethiopia, Imraan dreams of further adding to his education by studying Masters in Diplomacy and International Relations or International Business.
