Biography

Paschallina Dabirfaa is a food science researcher, agripreneur, and community development agent pursuing an MPhil in Food Science at the University of Cape Coast. She has professional experience as an Intern Dietitian at Cape Coast Teaching Hospital and as a Research Assistant at the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.

She also participated in the 2024 Ghana Youth Barometer research conducted by Youth Opportunities and Transformation in Africa (YOTA) and works as a home tutor.

A CAMFED/Mastercard Foundation alum and Learner Guide, Paschallina received one year of agripreneurship training focused on climate-smart agriculture under the CAMFED Agric Guide Programme and completed a one-year comprehensive mentorship through Kereben Foundation’s Becoming Your Best Self initiative.

She is the CEO of AkaDabi Meluka Enterprise, a food business that has won competitive grants and promotes food security through value addition and farmer market linkages. Passionate about youth empowerment, sustainable agriculture, food innovation, and community-led development, she hopes to use her diverse experiences to contribute meaningfully to communities through CorpsAfrica.
