Mideva is a passionate advocate for community service and sustainable development, currently serving as a Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Kenya. In this role, she engages directly with local communities, supporting capacity-building programs, youth empowerment initiatives, and grassroots projects aimed at creating long-term social impact. Her work with CorpsAfrica reflects her deep commitment to service, people-centered development, and creating opportunities that uplift communities.
Alongside her dedication to community service, Yvonne is an emerging Human Resource professional with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University. She has gained practical HR experience through her attachment at Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen), where she developed hands-on skills in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR systems. Her background combines organizational knowledge with a human-centered approach, allowing her to bridge professional expertise with community-driven solutions.
Yvonne has also enhanced her career through certifications in Virtual Assistance (ALX Africa), SPSS & Advanced Excel, as well as QuickBooks & Sage from Sonek Data School. These qualifications complement her HR training while strengthening her digital, technical, and analytical competencies.
