Biography


Misirach Dola is a passionate and dedicated volunteer born in Arbaminch,Ethiopia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wolaita Sodo University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rift Valley University.

Throughout her academic journey, She served as a student union volunteer leader, organizing and facilitating initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement and welfare.She was also an active member of the Female Student’s Association, where she worked to empower female students and promote leadership.

During summer seasons, Misirach volunteered with the Youth Voluntary Service organized by the Women, Children and Youth Affairs Office. She participated in building houses for elders, teaching students and climate change initiatives. Her deep passion and committment for service, helping others and community development led her to work with CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia as a volunteer, where she worked directly with rural communities, focusing on Asset-Based Community development through active community participation.

Currently, Misirach serves as a CorpsAfrica Exchange Volunteer in The Gambia, working across borders with a strong Pan-African spirit through community-led initiatives and cross Cultural learning.
