Biography
Stain Dube is a graduate from Lilongwe University of agriculture and natural resource (LUANAR) -Bunda college campus and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Gender and Development. He also holds a Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology, on top of that he has a certificate in assessment of nutrition status technique and certificate in inner personal transformation.
Before joining CorpsAfrica, he once volunteered with the LUANAR Gender coordinating unit, whereby he was involved in awareness campaigns and civic education against Gender based violence both on Campus and the villages around the college. He was also involved in the implementation of other activities such as SHE-LEADS which looks at women empowerment and mentorship program. He also volunteered during the region 5 youth games that Malawi hosted in 2022; he was placed in the game’s village managing the accommodations of the visitors.
Now joining CorpsAfrica will help him gain experience in community Development and project planning and management. With the training Stain has had with CorpsAfrica in Community Led Development, Asset Based Community Development and Human Centred Design he is empowered to be a changemaker ready to facilitate development.
