Biography
Fanta Fadiga is a passionate Senegalese professional in community development, holding a Master’s degree in Community Development Engineering and Training from ESEA (formerly
ENEA). She has built strong experience through collaborations with organizations such as IOM, ISED, IPDSR, and Afrik Survey,working on critical issues including education, health, sanitation, and human security at Senegal’s borders.She defended a thesis on socio-economic resilience through collective entrepreneurship (casestudy of GIE AFDAL in Dagana) and successfully pitched a community impact project focused on building three water retention basins in Galoya Foulbé to improve agricultural and water security.Fanta has completed 8 professional certifications, including 7 with the IOM (gender equality, ethics, data protection, abuse prevention) and 1 with the United Nations (BSAFE security training). Her commitment to pan-African development led her to participate in an exchange program in Morocco with CorpsAfrica, demonstrating her leadership and dedication to community empowerment across the continent.
