Biography

Esther Aba Forson is a native of Abura Tuakwa in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region of Ghana. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Valley View University, where her academic journey strengthened her passion for social and community development.

She has served as a Development Planning Office Assistant at the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District Assembly, where she gained practical experience in local governance and participatory development. She also worked as a Client Service Analyst with Standard Chartered Ventures (Solvzy Technology Ghana), a role that enhanced her communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Esther further advanced her abilities through IT Entrepreneurship Training at the Jackson Institute of Technology. In addition, she volunteered with the Futuremakers initiative by Standard Chartered, contributing to programs that empower women and youth to achieve sustainable growth.

Currently a CorpsAfrica/Ghana trainee, Esther is deeply committed to humanitarian service, youth empowerment, and community-led development. She aspires to create lasting impact by supporting initiatives that improve livelihoods, foster resilience, and build stronger, more sustainable communities.
