Flora GIHOZO KWIZERA was born and raised in Eastern Province of Rwanda. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Davis College, Akilah Campus graduate of class of 2021. Since her childhood, She was passionate about social change. Before joining CorpsAfrica, She did her internship as Sales and Marketing Office Assistant in 2021. During her university studies, She intervened in different competitions on the campus including Fowler Global Social Innovation Challenge which aimed at helping the youth identify the most community impressing problems by tackling the root cause of the problem, number of people affected,current solutions being implemented and existing gaps so that they can design innovative solutions to solve that social challenge as identified according to the UN 17 SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals). Furthermore, She attended the HULT PRIZE competition prepared by Hult International Business School in partnership with Harvard University aiming to encourage young entrepreneurs to start and make their own businesses. From all the above She was awarded as a good participant and She got experience on how to work on projects, having an open mind to face the challenges at work. Furthermore, She is a team leader experienced from her 15 years old where She was the head of Children Summit. Her inspiration of working and interacting with the community has grown overtime and she hope together we can make the change for our Africa. She volunteered in LODA (Local Administration Entities Development Agency) where She facilitated data collection as a numerator on the community well-being and categorizing them among social development groups. She believe that impossible is nothing when we join efforts for the change we ought for.
