Biography
Hien Mini Aline holds a high school diploma, obtained in 2021 from Lycée Moderne Boga Doudou Émile, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in English in 2024 from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny de Cocody. Her academic journey, focused on languages and international openness, is complemented by significant professional and community experiences.
She began her career as a rural facilitator at the GODE & MANZAN, where she contributed to community mobilization and local population support. This experience gave her a deep understanding of rural realities and community dynamics. She then worked as a field investigator at the Agence Nationale de la Statistique (ANSTAT), strengthening her skills in data collection and analysis, methodological rigor, and fieldwork. Additionally, her role as a promoter at MTN Côte d’Ivoire further enhanced her communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Since November 2025, she has been serving as a Volunteer with CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire, where she receives training in community facilitation and project management while actively participating in high-impact social initiatives. She also holds a certificate in personal well-being and safety, further strengthening her professional and interpersonal skills.
These experiences have allowed her to develop key competencies such as teamwork, adaptability, stress management, and intercultural ease. Driven by a strong sense of social commitment, she aspires to continue her career in the humanitarian sector, joining international humanitarian organizations and contributing sustainably to improving the living conditions of vulnerable communities.
