Biography
I hold a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Social Work awarded by the National Institute of Social Action (INAS) in Tangier, a leading institution and the only specialized establishment for social work training in Morocco. This high-quality education enabled me to acquire strong theoretical and practical skills in social intervention and community development.
Driven by a deep passion for social work, I had the opportunity to work in the field of migration—first as a social worker within a Moroccan organization, and later as a regional project supervisor with an Italian organization operating in Morocco and covering the Tangier–Tetouan–Al Hoceima region. These experiences allowed me to develop strong skills in social support, project coordination, and field team supervision.
I am particularly interested in social impact project writing and management, with the primary objective of contributing to community development, especially in rural areas and villages. I firmly believe that volunteering is a key driver of sustainable social change.
