Biography

Emmanuel Imaniragaba is a passionate youth leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Rwanda. This academic background has strengthened his skills in communication, research, and community engagement, which he uses to support locally driven development initiatives. Emmanuel gained practical experience during his academic internship with Digital Umuganda, where he worked on projects in artificial intelligence, translation, and digital infrastructure to improve access to information in local languages.
He has also volunteered with organizations such as the Red Cross and other community programs, focusing on disaster preparedness, hygiene promotion, and youth mobilization. He is a CorpsAfrica/Rwanda Almini ( he has served one year in CorpsAfrica/Rwanda). Currently serving as an exchange volunteer in CorpsAfrica/Kenya, Emmanuel remains committed to empowering communities through technology, education, and sustainable development.
