Ingabire Marie Lydivine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Organic Chemistry from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology. Passionate about community engagement. She looks forward to connecting deeply with her community and facilitating their progress toward sustainable development by ensuring that community members actively participate in making decisions that benefit their own development.
