Biography

Habibata Kamil is a resilient woman who had undergone a diploma in Midwifery and Nursing at a Tamale training college for three years. She even pursued an advanced top-up degree in BSc Midwifery at the University for Development Studies in Tamale as well. During her academic life, Habibata also showed her leadership skills as the president of the Health Promotion Club, organizing face-to-face and radio station sessions to promote health awareness and organizing health education talks and screenings for members of the community. Outside of academics, she has shown debating and public speaking skills.

Habibata’s passion for community development motivated her to join CorpsAfrica as a Volunteer, serving in Ghana and currently serving as an Exchange Volunteer in Malawi, driven by the dream of empowering others and supporting sustainable development initiatives through collaboration with host communities to address their unique challenges. She believes that every individual has unique skills they can offer.
