Biography

Karim N’doumi Marie Christelle is a dedicated community development professional and a Volunteer from the first cohort of CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire. Guided by a strong spirit of service and solidarity, she has made volunteering a true life commitment, convinced that sustainable solutions emerge through direct collaboration with communities.

She holds a Higher National Diploma (BTS) in Human Resources and Communication, through which she has developed solid skills in administrative management, activity coordination, institutional communication, and community mobilization. Her background enables her to effectively support local initiatives, facilitate dialogue among stakeholders, and contribute to the implementation of high-impact social projects.

With CorpsAfrica, she works alongside communities to identify their priority needs, co-design appropriate solutions, and strengthen their capacity for self-reliance.

This field experience has strengthened her leadership, altruism, listening skills, empathy, and adaptability in diverse and demanding environments.

Diligent, proactive, and results-oriented, she firmly believes in the power of civic engagement, teamwork, and participatory action to generate positive and lasting change. Her ambition is to actively contribute to the development of more resilient, inclusive, and self-reliant communities, where every individual can become an agent of their own progress.
