Biography

Kéba Kébé is an engineer in land-use planning, environment, and urban management, trained at ESEA, formerly ENEA. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Analysis and Policy from FASEG/UCAD. His academic background has led him to develop a strong interest in land governance, the environment, and territorial development.

He completed an internship at the National Agency for Territorial Planning (ANAT), where he worked on geographic information systems, mapping, and geospatial data. Coming from a rural background, he also participated in fieldwork on land governance through initiatives linked to PROCASEF and IPAR. His thesis focuses on women’s empowerment through access to productive resources.

Kéba joins CorpsAfrica Cohort 10 with the aim of strengthening his field experience and contributing to development solutions that are responsive to community needs.
