Biography
Kouadio Koffi Jean Jaurès is a committed young leader with a strong sense of resilience and a creative, impact-driven approach to social change. He is trained in accounting and finance as well as web marketing—skills he applies in service of community development and local entrepreneurship.
An entrepreneur in the events sector, Jaurès is also a life skills trainer with experience supporting children and young people. His journey is defined by an ability to combine strategic vision, pedagogy, and hands-on community action.
Jaurès serves as a mentor with U-Report Côte d’Ivoire, a resource mobilization volunteer with GYC against FGM, and a volunteer with SIBAL and IDCF. He is also the spokesperson for the Volunteers for Peace of Abobo. Currently, he serves as a “family head” Volunteer in the first cohort of CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire, Cohort N’ZASSA, reflecting his active commitment to community mobilization and the co-creation of local solutions. He aspires to contribute to community initiatives focused on capacity building, literacy, community organization, and civic participation.
Jaurès leverages his knowledge of organizational leadership, human management, and resource mobilization to support communities in implementing sustainable and inclusive projects.
Recognized for his listening skills, empathy, and initiative, he is creative, rigorous, and self-reliant. Jaurès embodies a proactive and engaged youth, convinced that sustainable development rests on empowering communities to drive their own progress and on investing in young people as agents of change.
Passionate about education for children and youth, he is an SDG 4 advocate. Jaurès holds firmly to one belief: everything the mind can imagine, the hands can achieve.
