Biography

Kouakou Ibrahim Khalil is a dedicated young agronomist whose career is marked by a steadfast commitment to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.

He holds a Master’s degree in Agro-Pastoral Enterprise and Organization Management from Université Peleforo Gbon Coulibaly de Korhogo. Throughout his professional journey, Khalil has gained extensive experience. He began his career as an intern at Agence Nationale d’Appui au Développement Rural (ANADER), where he acquired valuable insight into rural development initiatives. This initial experience laid the foundation for his subsequent role as an Agricultural Credit Officer at a microfinance institution, where he worked for two years facilitating access to financing for smallholder farmers, enabling them to expand and modernize their operations. His dedication and strategic vision later led him to serve as Agricultural Portfolio Development Officer at UNACOOPEC, where he further strengthened his expertise in agricultural finance and project management over four years.

Khalil’s entrepreneurial spirit is fully reflected in his role as founder of ENPSA (Entreprise de Négoce et de Prestation Agricoles), an innovative agro-pastoral enterprise. Through this initiative, he trains farmers and promotes the modernization of agricultural practices, demonstrating his strong commitment to sustainable development and community empowerment. His engagement with CorpsAfrica/Côte d’Ivoire reflects his determination to place his diverse expertise at the service of rural communities for sustainable development.
