Biography

Tsholofelo Laka is an aspiring HR and Administration professional passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures and uplifting communities through service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, a Diploma in Human Resource Management, and certifications in Full Stack Development and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).

She completed her HR Learnership at SBV Services, gaining practical experience in HR administration, payroll support, and organizational processes. She also contributed to community development by volunteering at the Pat Rico Community Center in Kekana Gardens (Hammanskraal), where she supported elderly residents and helped create a compassionate environment.

Through CorpsAfrica, she seeks to apply academic knowledge, professional skills, and creative strengths to drive sustainable solutions in local communities. She believes in the transformative power of collaboration, inclusivity, and hands-on learning to build supportive environments that empower individuals and strengthen social impact.
