Kasioka Lemalasia is a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Industrial Plant and Energy Systems. With hands-on experience in plant maintenance, fabrication, engineering design, and energy optimization, Kasioka has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring safety standards. Beyond his technical expertise, Kasioka is a dedicated community servant who has formed and coached football teams, built community capacity, and mentored students.


As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, he has gained expertise in Community-Led Development, Asset-Based Community Development, and Human-Centered Design. Kasioka is passionate about using his skills to drive positive change and empower communities. He is eager to contribute to a competitive engineering environment and grow his portfolio in the industry while making a meaningful impact.
