Biography
Regobell Manga is a CorpsAfrica Volunteer (G3) and a graduate of Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of The Gambia. He has a strong background in research, leadership, and community service, developed through active involvement in student governance, academic tutoring, and volunteer teaching.
He previously served as Deputy Minister of Education and Research in the University of The Gambia Students’ Union, where he supported initiatives focused on improving academic performance and strengthening research engagement.
Regobell also completed a four-month internship at the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA), gaining experience in higher education quality assurance and policy implementation.
In addition, he has contributed to nationally recognized research initiatives and participated in collaborative research projects addressing socio-economic development issues. His commitment to service began earlier through his role as a Red Cross Volunteer Assistant Link Leader, supporting first aid and humanitarian activities.
Outside of his professional work, Regobell enjoys Reading, watching football and listening to music. As a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, he is passionate about working with communities to support locally driven development initiatives and promote sustainable, positive social change.
