Lameck Manishimwe was born and raised in Rwanda. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Rwanda in the College of Agriculture, Animal Science, and Veterinary Medicine. After his course of study, He also undertook a professional internship at KAMONYI District in Business Development and Employment Unit, He gained valuable experiences including integrity, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, inclusiveness, accountability, teamwork, and learned how to interact with people, also developed practical skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills. He worked as a Digital Ambassador for the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) Transforming rural communities into digitally literate through digital literacy training (Digital Ambassadors Program-DAP) where 800 people are Digitally trained (Youths and Adults). He believes that the greatest thing that can make someone proud is selflessly serving the community without waiting for a reward.
