Biography

Siphesihle Neliswa Masango is a goal driven graduate from a place called Kwamhlanga in Mpumalanga. She studied at the University of the Free State, where she obtained a Bachelor of Administration majoring in Industrial Psychology. As a self-funded student, she successfully balanced academic demands with business responsibilities as a full time braider, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.

She began her professional experience serving as a Part-Time Remote Administrator.In this role, she provided essential administrative support to the firm’s bookkeeping and financial operations. Her responsibilities included managing documents, facilitating client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, accuracy, and discretion, while working independently with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

She hopes to make a meaningful impact in the community she is deployed to by serving with dedication, empathy, and strong organisational skills. She aims to support both people and systems through active listening and collaborative problem-solving, contributing to sustainable, uplifting change.
