Biography

Samrawit Yilma Molla is a young Ethiopian professional and Pharmacy graduate from Bonga University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and has developed a strong interest in community development, health promotion, and volunteer service. Her academic journey has given her a foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, patient care, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Samrawit has developed knowledge and skills through her pharmacy education and practical experiences. Her background in pharmacy has strengthened her understanding of medicines, health education, disease prevention, and the importance of providing appropriate health information to communities. As a fresh graduate, she is eager to apply her knowledge while continuing to learn from new experiences and the people around her.

Beyond her academic background, Samrawit is passionate about community service and working with people. She believes that meaningful development begins when community members are listened to, respected, and actively involved in identifying their own needs and solutions. Her interest in volunteer service has encouraged her to become involved with CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia and to contribute to community-led development.

As a CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia Volunteer, Samrawit is committed to working alongside community members with humility, respect, openness, and willingness to learn she is passion for service to support health promotion, community engagement, youth development, and sustainable community-led initiatives.

Samrawit values teamwork, learning from different perspectives, building positive relationships, and gaining new experiences. She looks forward to understanding the strengths and opportunities within her community and working together with community members to contribute to meaningful and sustainable change.
