Biography

Rosine Mpamya serves as the Director of CorpsAfrica/Uganda, bringing over 15 years of leadership in humanitarian and development in both International and national organization work across Africa, Asia, and the United States. Rosine previously served as Country Director for Alight Uganda, where she led multisectoral refugee and development programs in protection, education, WASH, livelihoods, and mental health emergency and reception centre management among others. With extensive experience in HR and global people management, Rosine has strengthened safeguarding, employee well-being, compliance, and organizational capacity while working with major donors including the U.S. Government, UNHCR, UN Women and World Bank through the Government of Uganda. Guided by a people-centered philosophy, she is committed to cultivating youth leadership and ensuring that community priorities drive inclusive, locally led development across Uganda.
