Selam Aschalew is a dedicated professional with a background in Marketing Management and Computer Science and a strong interest in technology, creativity, youth empowerment, and community development. Her journey has been shaped by curiosity, continuous learning, and a desire to understand people and find practical solutions to everyday challenges.

Beyond her academic background, Selam has gained valuable experience through leadership, volunteering, and youth engagement. These experiences have strengthened her communication, teamwork, creativity, and community engagement skills while teaching her the importance of listening, observing, and learning from others.

As a CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia Volunteer, Selam is committed to working alongside communities and supporting locally led development. She is particularly passionate about youth empowerment, digital literacy, and creating opportunities for young people to explore their potential. Through her service, she hopes to combine her skills and experiences with the strengths and ideas of the community to contribute to meaningful and sustainable positive change.
