Biography

Mutoniwase Diane holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from IPRC Gishari, where she gained strong technical skills in sustainable agriculture and rural development. Diane is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in data collection and agricultural technologies, having worked with organisations such as “One Acre Fund” and “USAID-Gimbuka”. Her work involved both qualitative and quantitative data collection, contributing to impactful agricultural programs and community-based initiatives.

Diane began her journey of volunteerism in Nyamagabe District, Musange Sector, where she currently serves as a CorpsAfrica volunteer. She actively engages with local communities through daily routines, community meetings, and development activities such as savings groups, pig farming, and agricultural projects. Her experience has deepened her commitment to empowering women and youth, promoting self-reliance, and encouraging sustainable practices. Fluent in Kinyarwanda and proficient in English, Diane is well-equipped to collaborate across diverse communities. She is proud to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in areas of poverty reduction, literacy, and WASH initiatives, and looks forward to continuing her journey of service and impact in Nyamagabe.
