Biography

Mogau Mvubu is a business professional with over six years of experience in enterprise management and a growing track record in community-led development and social impact work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Finance and Economics, from MSC Business College.

She is the founder and managing director of Mabula Dikgoro Pty Ltd, where she has led business operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for more than six years. Her leadership and entrepreneurial impact were recognised in 2024, when she was named a Rising Star at the Limpopo Business Women Awards.

Mogau has completed leadership and business development programmes, including the Community Business Programme delivered by Heavy Chef in partnership with First National Bank (FNB), and the 2025 Aspire Leaders Program with the Aspire Institute, which strengthened her analytical thinking and global leadership perspective.

With a strong interest in development economics and social equity, Mogau served as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer, gaining hands-on experience in community-led and asset-based development initiatives. She currently serves as a Volunteer Liaison, supporting volunteer coordination and programme effectiveness. She has also gained corporate exposure as a Procurement Assistant at FairPlay Hardware, where she developed practical experience in procurement processes, supplier coordination, and operational compliance.

In addition, Mogau leads a financial literacy and economic empowerment initiative that delivers structured training to communities, schools, churches, and digital platforms, equipping individuals with practical financial skills to support informed decision-making and economic resilience.

Mogau is committed to ethical leadership, inclusive growth, and sustainable African development, guided by a belief in education, entrepreneurship, and community-driven solutions as catalysts for long-term transformation.
