Biography

Pacifique Ngabonziza is currently serving as a Volunteer Liaison Officer for CorpsAfrica/Rwanda, a role he has held since 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management from the University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies.

In addition to his academic background, Pacifique has earned certifications in Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) and Human-Centered Design (HCD). He also holds an International Computer Driving License (ICDL) from ICDL Africa, a First Aid certification from Croix-Rouge Rwanda, and a Leadership Development certification through the Thrive at Work (Hanga Ahazaza Initiative) by the African Management Institute (AMI).

Prior to joining CorpsAfrica, Pacifique built his career in the tourism sector, working as a Tour Operations Manager at Real Life Safaris Ltd and as an Assistant Tour Consultant at Maranje Adventure Tours in Arusha, Tanzania. In 2024, he made a purposeful decision to leave his career in tourism to pursue his passion for community service. This transition was inspired by the impactful stories he heard from Volunteers and Alumni during the CorpsAfrica All-Country Conference in 2023, which strengthened his commitment to working directly with rural communities, giving back, and creating meaningful and lasting change.
