Biography

Pape Omar Ngaido has training in Political Science and Public Administration from Cheikh Hamidou Kane Digital University. His professional and civic experience focuses on governance, administration, youth entrepreneurship, and citizen participation.

He has gained experience with municipal councils, sub-prefectures, prefectures, non-governmental organisations, and public institutions. He has skills in administrative writing, coordination, project management, external relations, support to young entrepreneurs, and professional communication. He is also founder and president of UPLA, established in 2023 and focused on education, the environment, digital technology, innovation, and youth participation.

Pape Omar joins CorpsAfrica as a Volunteer in training with the aim of contributing to community solutions grounded in listening, collaboration, leadership, and responsibility.
