Tadala Sara Yolanda Ngopola is a vibrant Malawian storyteller and changemaker, whose passion for connecting people ignites sparks of positive transformation. Her heart beats for community growth, and she thrives on challenges that bring people closer together. Tadala weaves communication that inspires, includes, and uplifts, believing deeply in the strength of people and local communities.

Her path is marked by meaningful moments. At the National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE), she crafted messages that resonated, conducted insightful research, and sparked conversations that mattered. As Assistant Social Media Manager at Create Correct Marketing Agency, she brought stories to life online, built thriving communities, and shared authentic voices. Through CorpsAfrica, she discovered powerful approaches like Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and Human Centred Design (HCD)– ways of working that put people at the heart of change, fuelling her passion for impactful, local solutions. Tadala is particularly drawn to development communication, where she sees immense potential for shaping narratives that drive positive social change in Malawi and beyond, leveraging her skills to co-create communication strategies that are both locally rooted and globally aware.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Mzuzu University (MZUNI), a Diploma in Journalism and Media Studies from Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS), and a Certificate in Virtual Assistant from ALX Africa, reflecting her commitment to learning and communication excellence.

Tadala’s heart is in giving back to her community – nurturing spaces where voices are lifted, local talents shine, and people connect in joy. For her, serving others is about creating gardens where people grow, bond, and bloom.
