Biography
Beatrice Noboilega is a motivated young graduate with a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University for Development Studies in Tamale, Ghana. With hands-on experience in quality control, food research, and product development, she has contributed to projects such as gluten-free fonio bread and nutritious sweet potato-based products.
Her professional journey includes working with the Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (CSIR-SARI), the Global Shea Alliance, and the Ghana Standards Authority, where she gained valuable insights into food safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices.
Beatrice is inspired by the belief that science can make a tangible difference in everyday lives. Through CorpsAfrica, she looks forward to engaging with communities, listening to their needs, and co-creating solutions that enhance livelihoods and foster sustainable development.
Beyond her professional interests, she enjoys singing as a way of expressing creativity, spreading joy, and connecting with others. She is excited to bring her knowledge, passion, and positive spirit to her service as a CorpsAfrica Volunteer.
