Biography

Born in Welayta Zone, Andinet holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from Admas University and brings diverse experience in data collection, financial reporting, and public service, including roles with the Ethiopian Statistics Authority and the Immigration and Citizenship Service. Passionate about community development, he actively volunteered during the COVID-19 pandemic and with the Addis Ababa Roads Authority. Now serving as a CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia Volunteer, Andinet leverages his skills and fluency in multiple languages—including Amharic, Afar, Somali, Afaan Oromo, English, and several South Ethiopian languages—to connect with communities. In his free time, he enjoys football, films, traveling, and writing fiction.
