Ronald is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning professional with over 5 years of experience supporting donor-funded programmes across Uganda in youth empowerment, livelihoods, food security, WASH, education, agriculture, and community development.

Passionate about youth leadership, participatory development, impact evaluation, transparency, accountability, and locally driven solutions. Proficient in Kobo Collect, CommCare, Survey123, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
