Biography

Awa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISM in Dakar and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Business Law, Awa combines legal rigor with HR strategy. With 7 years of professional experience, she has held key positions within recognized accounting firms, such as Grant Thornton Senegal, where she developed solid expertise in human capital management. She then moved into the role of HR and Admin Officer at CorpsAfrica, where she actively contributes to organizational development and staff well-being. Driven by a genuine passion for people, Awa is also involved in the non-profit sector. She served as communications officer for a social-focused association, before taking charge of early childhood initiatives for orphans, further strengthening her commitment to humanitarian causes.

Outside of her professional world, Awa cultivates a passion for video games, the world of Anime/Manga, and basketball—a balance between virtual imagination and real-world engagement.
