Biography

Joy Ruciano studied Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations at the University of Nairobi. She has gained experience through internships in project management, administration, and communications, where she learned how to plan, coordinate, and connect with people in meaningful ways.

She is currently a Volunteer at CorpsAfrica/Kenya, a journey that is sharpening her leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills while deepening her passion for grassroots change. Soon to be deployed to Kakamega, Joy is excited to work with communities, listen to their ideas, and be part of creating change that lasts.
